Amanda Lacanilao is a Senior Project Manager at Extension Engine. She has 7 years of experience leading teams to deliver online educational materials, content, and resources for both learners and educators. She draws on her experience in different student support and partnership positions within higher ed to bring in an integrated long-term strategy to her projects. Amanda holds a BM in Music Technology and an MBA.

Anđela Krasić is the People Operations Manager at Extension Engine. She holds a master’s degree in Psychology and has more than five years of experience in People Operations in the IT industry. Anđela is supporting our engineering team in Croatia and she is responsible for recruiting, engagement, and development.

Andrej Skoric is a Project Manager at Extension Engine. He has 10 years of experience in software engineering, team leadership, and management. Andrej began his career at Extension Engine as a software developer. He has a Master’s degree in Computer Science from FESB at the University of Split in Croatia.

Annie Rosen is the CFO of Extension Engine. She spent the first 14 years of her career building a foundation in strategic finance as a public equities Analyst and Portfolio Manager at Fidelity Investments. In search of an opportunity to apply that skillset to a business, she made a conscious decision to transition to an operating role and has spent the last several years in strategy and CFO roles at technology companies. Annie is a very proud alumna of Wellesley College where she studied Economics and Mathematics.

Ante Borzic is a Team Lead at Extension Engine. He joined the company in 2013, immediately upon receiving his master’s degree in Computer Science. During that time he has had the pleasure of being a witness and an active part of Extension Engine’s evolvement. During 2017 he was the office manager of Extension Engine Croatia’s Zagreb office.

Antonio Basic is a Team Lead at Extension Engine. He joined the company in 2013 during his final year of college and he holds a master’s degree in Computer Science. Throughout his time at Extension Engine Antonio has accrued the knowledge and skills required to effectively manage teams and projects.

Bob Allard is a co-founder and Managing Partner at Extension Engine. He oversees strategy and industry relationships. Bob’s technology career has focused on product marketing, strategic business development, and startup mentoring. Prior to founding Extension Engine, he was a social worker and worked in the Boston tech economy. He has a passion for connecting people, ideas and technology, and holds a BA in Philosophy from the College of the Holy Cross.

Brittany Whittemore is the Business Intelligence Analyst for Extension Engine. Her previous roles include Director of Marketing at Extension Engine and work at Southern New Hampshire University’s College for America and Berklee College of Music. She holds a BA in communication and an MA in higher education administration, and has nearly 10 years of education experience with a background in marketing.

Calais Kraichoke is a Senior UI Designer at Extension Engine. She designs digital Custom Learning Experiences for online learning platforms. Calais has a BFA in Graphic Design from Boston University and an Artist Diploma from Longy School of Music of Bard College for Double Bass performance.

Clay Karges is a Senior Product Manager at Extension Engine. He comes with extensive experience in application development across the startup, growth and enterprise space. He is adept at end-to-end product management, from prototyping through development and go-to-market. He is fluent in all aspects of the SDLC, with experience in AWS (certified cloud practitioner), Azure and GCP. Clay graduated from Boston College’s Carroll School with a degree in Finance & Management and a concentration on Information Systems. He is a genuinely curious, deeply empathetic person who finds fulfillment in coaching PMs and delivering great products.

Damir Perisic is the Director of Technology at Extension Engine. He has 10+ years of experience in software engineering. Damir oversees day-to-day development and helps drive internal innovation. He has a Master’s degree in Computer Science from FESB at the University of Split in Croatia.

Daniel Roguljic is a Team Lead at Extension Engine. He holds a Masters degree in Computer Science and began his career as a teaching assistant in higher education. Shortly afterward, he started to work as a software developer at Extension Engine.

Dario Vladovic is a Software Architect at Extension Engine. He holds a BS degree in Computer Science from FESB at the University of Split in Croatia. Dario is a programming enthusiast with a background in mobile and web development and a strong open source advocate passionate about building things. He joined the company in 2014 and since then helps in the creation of innovative products and solutions together with other members of the Extension Engine family.

Dino Cikatic is a Project Manager at Extension Engine. He has 10+ years of experience in software development. With system architect background, Dino coordinates software projects through implementation phases, from research and discovery to end-user delivery. He contributed and delivered projects ranging from private cohort learning experiences to global MOOCs.

Evan Brown is a Vice President at Extension Engine. He is responsible for business development and engagement management. In his 10+ years with the company, Evan has held roles in software product management, project management, and client success. He has delivered learning solutions for clients ranging from startups to Fortune 100 companies to world-class universities. Prior to Extension Engine, Evan led software development efforts for a team at Fidelity Investments. He holds a BS in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University.

Frano Sincic is a Team Lead at Extension Engine. He holds a Masters degree in Computer Engineering from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing at the University of Zagreb in Croatia. Frano joined the company shortly after his graduation in 2015 as junior developer and became a Team Lead in early 2020.

Furqan Nazeeri is a Partner at Extension Engine. He regularly speaks on innovation in online learning and has 20+ years of experience building and managing high-performance teams. Prior to Extension Engine, Furqan was a founder/CEO of VC-backed Pivot Inc. (acquired by NASDAQ:CME) and EIR at Softbank Capital. He has a BSE in aerospace engineering from the University of Michigan and an MBA from Harvard University.

Gerry DiGiusto is Vice President at Extension Engine. He works across Extension Engine’s teams to develop thought leadership and drive innovation through research. He has worked in research, consulting, and education, both in the U.S. and in Europe, for 25 years. He previously served as Director of Consulting Services at Pearson Education and Managing Vice President of Research & Data at Eduventures. Gerry earned his Ph.D. in political science from Duke University and taught international relations at Bowdoin College and Princeton University.

Glyn Polson is General Counsel at Extension Engine. He manages all of our strategic and tactical corporate legal initiatives, as well as risk mitigation, compliance issues, and myriad business operations. With a strong background in employment law, corporate litigation, and management strategy consulting Glyn brings a unique and valued perspective to the legal and business operations at Extension Engine. He holds a JD from Northeastern University School of Law and a BA from the University of Vermont.

Hang Nguyen is a Lead Product Manager at Extension Engine. She works cross-functionally with design and engineering to build digital education platforms for businesses, nonprofits, and higher education. Her background is in data and education. Before coming to Extension Engine, she worked at General Assembly leading the launch and development of their data education product portfolio.

Igor Roglic is the Director of Development at Extension Engine. He oversees day-to-day management of our software engineering and quality assurance teams. Igor began his career as a software developer at Extension Engine and became the company’s first management hire in Europe. He has a Master’s degree in Computer Science from FESB at the University of Split in Croatia.

Jae Lohan (they/them) is the PMO Director for Extension Engine. Jae is a servant leader who works to ensure that delivery organizations are set up to achieve quality, efficiency, and scale in their operations. As director, they oversee a team of highly experienced project management professionals in an office that prides itself on being a collaborative and empathetic partner to Extension Engine clients and fellow teammates. Jae has a BA in history, a BS in political science, an MA in conflict resolution, and has worked in tech and biotech for over 12 years. They take very seriously their opportunity as a senior leader to provide trans visibility and mentorship in the tech industry.

Jennifer Shanley is the Marketing Manager at Extension Engine. She earned her BA from Colby College and also attended the Corcoran College of Art + Design and The New England Institute of Art for her Associate in Science degree for photography. Jen comes to Extension Engine after over a decade in higher education as a marketing and communications project manger.

Joey Azoulai is the Media and Content Lead at Extension Engine. He and his team create multimedia experiences and impactful stories to engage learners. He has worked as a film & TV producer, teacher, and learning designer for K12 and higher education. Joey holds an M.A. in Digital Media Design for Learning from New York University.

John Williams is a Venture Partner at Extension Engine. He regularly speaks on the transformation of education and has 30+ years of experience building and managing organizations and advising clients. Prior to Extension Engine, John was a senior executive at American Express, CEO of two VC-backed companies: Biztravel.com and Sentient Jet, a partner at The Bridgespan Group, and president of Muhlenberg College. He has also served as an EIR at Harvard’s Innovation Lab. John received a BA in economics from Amherst College (where he serves as a Life Trustee), a JD from Harvard Law School and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Kate Bagoy is a Principal Product Designer at Extension Engine. She has over 20 years experience working with brands like Nike, HP, Microsoft, Etsy, PopCap, Medable, Carnegie Learning & Alma, as well as 50+ early-stage startups. She holds a BFA in Graphic Design, an MBA in Marketing and a certificate in HCI.

Katie Novick Nolan is a Senior Learning Experience Designer at Extension Engine. Katie comes from a background in higher education where she was the director of an undergraduate social work program and taught social work at the graduate and undergraduate levels. In these roles, she helped to create innovative, practice-based learning experiences for students. Katie holds a BA from Connecticut College, an MSW from Smith College, and a Certificate in Instructional Design from Georgetown University, School of Continuing Studies.

Lauren Gould is a Senior Learning Strategist at Extension Engine. She has served as the senior designer for The Bridgespan Group, Kauffman Foundation, Johnson & Johnson Institute, Center for Effective Public Policy, and Massachusetts Institute of Technology, among others. In addition to her project work, she also supports a group of learning experience designers. Lauren has a master’s degree in Education from Harvard University (Ed.M.) and in Creative Writing – Poetry from The Iowa Writers’ Workshop (M.F.A.).

Lexie Bryan is a Senior Learning Experience Designer at Extension Engine. She holds a MA in Digital Media Design for Learning from New York University and comes from a background in collaborating with university faculty to deliver engaging and innovative digital learning experiences, particularly in STEM domains.

Mac Crawford is a Learning Experience Designer at Extension Engine. She works with Extension Engine’s clients to create innovative and engaging learning experiences. Prior to joining the team, she taught history at the college level and worked as an instructional designer in higher ed and edtech. She holds a MSc in Renaissance and Early Modern Studies from the University of Edinburgh.

Marc Campasano is a Learning Experience Designer at Extension Engine. He partners with Extension Engine’s clients in designing and producing their learning experiences. His favorite part of the work is exploring varied subject matters with passionate experts. Prior to joining the team, he worked in K-12 math ed tech and wrote case studies for Harvard Business School. He holds an MA in Learning, Design and Technology from Stanford and a BA in Government and Italian Studies from Cornell. In his spare time, Marc regularly performs improv comedy for audiences in the Boston area.

Marin Bareta is a Team Lead at Extension Engine. He holds a Masters degree in Computer Engineering from FESB at the University of Split in Croatia. Marin joined the company shortly before his graduation and has worked here ever since. During his college days, he worked as a laboratory teaching assistant.

Marinko Peso is a Team Lead at Extension Engine. He has over 6 years of experience in Team Management and Online Education projects. Marinko holds a Masters degree in Computer Science from FESB and has had a strong passion for all aspects of technology since his childhood days.

Marko Jevtic is a Team Lead at Extension Engine. He is also working in higher education as a teaching assistant, teaching computer programming to Undergraduate students at Faculty of Science. Marko holds a Masters degree in Computer Science Education and is currently working on a Ph.D. thesis regarding the Application of Expert Systems in Education and Software Development.

Matt White is a Senior UX Designer at Extension Engine. Matt comes from two different worlds of learning that include teaching in the BFA Design program at Lesley University’s College of Art and Design and developing enterprise eLearning solutions for software engineers in cybersecurity. He has an M.Ed. in Instructional Design, and over 10 years of experience with teaching and practice in graphic design, systems design, web development, and UI/UX.

Meghan Reiss is the Director of People Operations at Extension Engine. She helps cultivate Extension Engine’s exceptional culture, drives employee engagement, and ensures a productive and comfortable work environment for all teams across the organization. Meghan has 15 years of building and managing people operations at high growth companies. She is a graduate of the Heller School of Social Policy and Management at Brandeis University. Meghan also holds a BA in American Studies and Women Studies from Providence College.

Niko Tsekeris (he/him) is the People Operations Specialist at Extension Engine. As a member of the People Operations team, Niko is focused on EE’s people centric culture. Niko has 10 years of operational experience from customer service to management, his background is in Marketing & Human Resources and he brings to his skills of engagement and employer branding to make this an inclusive, exciting, and supportive environment.

Phoebe Walsh-Costello is the Business Development Specialist for Extension Engine and Agilathon. Phoebe brings positive energy and creative approaches to implementing novel technologies, with a background in health tech. She has over 6 years of diverse experience in project, program, and account management, in technology companies ranging from series-A to established enterprise. Phoebe holds a BS in Biology from Tufts.

Rachael Fadden is a Senior Product Manager at Extension Engine. She has over 15 years of experience in educational research, assessment and learning experience development, and web and mobile product management. Rachael holds a B.A. in Psychology and Criminology and an M.S.Ed. in Counseling Psychology, both from the University of Miami.

Savannah Gillespie is a Media Producer at Extension Engine. In her role, she helps lead Extension Engine’s video projects through all phases of post-production. Savannah has a background in education and holds a BA in Film and English from the University of Richmond and an MS in Design and Digital Media from the University of Edinburgh.

Shlomi Dinoor is the Chief Operating Officer at Extension Engine. He oversees all ongoing operations, manages all client engagements, and has global P&L responsibility. Client engagements include strategy, product/project management, instructional design, creative, platform development/QA, and marketing. Shlomi has 15+ years of technology, product and strategy experience. Prior to Extension Engine, Shlomi led engineering for two venture-backed technology firms and was the founder of Degology, an operational analytics tool for online learning. He holds an MBA at the University of Massachusetts.

Stacey Vamvas is the People Operations Manager at Extension Engine. As the recruiting lead for Extension Engine, Stacey is focused on bringing world-class talent to the team. In addition to recruiting, she facilitates a variety of operational tasks, ensuring the team has the support they need across the organization. Stacey has a passion for people and over 15 years of experience working within operations and recruiting.

Suzanne Gibbs Howard is a Venture Partner at Extension Engine. As an entrepreneur, design strategist, and expert in digital learning she advises internal strategic initiatives and external work with clients. She started her career as a cultural anthropologist working across tech startups in Silicon Valley.  After that, she served as Managing Director of international design firm IDEO’s Systems and Organizational Change Studio, where she worked with clients such as The Gates Foundation and Google. As a Partner at IDEO, she founded and served as Dean of IDEO U, IDEO’s digital learning platform. In addition to her time at Extension Engine, she is currently working on projects including hosting The Creative Confidence Series podcast, teaching at the Aspen Institute’s Business and Society Program, and serving on the board of Education Design Lab. She’s passionate about catalyzing change by unlocking others through education, empathy, and insight.

Tom Bunting is a Technical Program Manager at Extension Engine. He has spent his career immersed in education: teaching high school students, volunteering at music camps, and developing innovative data- and technology-driven initiatives. Tom seeks to bring the highest level of technical acumen, attention to detail, and empathy to every client. He holds an MPA and MA from Indiana University.

Toma Zelic is a Team Lead at Extension Engine. He started working with Extension Engine as a software developer during his college days.

Tracy Armstead (she/her) is the Learning Experience Design Director at Extension Engine. She oversees the Instruction and Engagement team. Before working at Extension Engine, Tracy partnered with higher ed academic teams at various universities to develop learning experiences focused on successful student outcomes. She previously worked as a Visual News Editor at The Wall Street Journal, leading a team of graphic designers, photo and video editors to create engaging digital news packages.

Vice Dobrović is a Scrum Master at Extension Engine. He holds a master’s degree in Economics with an emphasis on IT Management. He entered the IT world in a system support role, followed by a business analyst position, and moved into project management. He likes to utilize Agile methodologies to build a trusting and safe environment for all team members, with an emphasis on problem-solving.
