Bob Allard is a co-founder and Managing Partner at ExtensionEngine and oversees strategy and industry relationships. His technology career has focused on product marketing, strategic business development, and startup mentoring. Prior to founding ExtensionEngine, he worked in business development and marketing with a focus on bringing people and technology together in exciting ways. Bob holds a BA in Philosophy from College of the Holy Cross.
Furqan Nazeeri is a Partner at ExtensionEngine. He regularly speaks on innovation in online learning. He has 20+ years of experience building and managing high performance teams. Prior to ExtensionEngine, Furqan was a founder / CEO of VC-backed Pivot Inc. (acquired by NASDAQ:CME) and EIR at Softbank Capital. Furqan has a BSE in aerospace engineering from the University of Michigan and a MBA from Harvard University.
Niksa Radovic is a co-founder and Partner at ExtensionEngine. Niksa leads ExtensionEngine’s technical recruiting, and is our lead architect and data scientist. He has been developing his deep expertise in web and mobile development since 7th grade. Prior to founding Extension Engine, Niksa worked with Texnet Information Services; ICE, Inc. and his own company, AdriaGAMES, LLC. Niksa graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Brandeis University with degrees in Computer Science and Economics.
Stjepan Radovic is a Partner at ExtensionEngine. Stjepan oversees all operations including finance, HR, and legal matters for our European offices. Before ExtensionEngine, he managed the Computer Systems Audits team at PwC and was an auditor at Coopers and Lybrand. Stjepan is a graduate of the University of Zagreb’s School of Management.
Shlomi Dinoor is the Chief Operating Officer at ExtensionEngine and the Co-Founder of Degology, an operational analytics tool we developed for online courses. He oversees all service delivery teams including development, instructional design, user experience design and learner acquisition. Shlomi has 15+ years of technology, product and strategy experience. Prior to ExtensionEngine, Shlomi led engineering for two venture-backed software engineering firms in the energy and analytics sector. He holds an MBA at the University of Massachusetts.
Scott Moore is a Principal Learning Strategist at ExtensionEngine. He leads our Custom Learning Experience practice for higher education and has a deep understanding of course academics, university administration and online learning. Prior to joining ExtensionEngine, he was a faculty member, administrator, and dean at Michigan Ross and Babson College for 20+ years. Scott holds a Ph.D. in Decision Sciences from Wharton.
Bill King is a Principal Learning Strategist at ExtensionEngine. He leads our nonprofits and learning businesses practice. Bill has more than 15 years experience working with learning organizations in the US and globally, was an adjunct instructor in marketing, and was founder and past board chairman of a private K8 school. He holds an MBA from Babson Graduate School of Business.
Jared Moore is the Director of Instructional Design. His expertise in educational technology and instructional design uniquely qualifies him to oversee our team of instructional designers responsible for creating Custom Learning Experiences. Jared’s background includes managing instructional design engagements for Spark Clean Energy, Kauffman Foundation and Massachusetts Institute of Technology, among others. He is a graduate of the Harvard Graduate School of Education’s Technology, Innovation, and Education Master’s program.
Evan Brown is Director of Product Management at ExtensionEngine. Evan has a strong background in project management, and he has led complex and innovative software projects at ExtensionEngine for more than five years, working with clients ranging from startups to Fortune 100 companies and world-class universities. Prior to ExtensionEngine, Evan led software development efforts for a team at Fidelity Investments. He holds a BS in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University.
Rebecca McNeil is the Director of Marketing Services. Her team recognizes that recruiting learners requires expertise in digital marketing, such as SEO and retargeting, but also understanding the value proposition that appeals to each learner persona. With a background in B2B product marketing for the learning technology space and consumer marketing for an education company, Rebecca’s experience lends itself to learner acquisition. She is a graduate of the University of Vermont with a BA in English.
Scout Stevenson is the Creative Director at ExtensionEngine. Scout leads a talented multi-disciplined team delivering learner experience design and brand identity/messaging programs for Custom Learning Experiences. He is an award-winning designer with 20+ years in both traditional and experience-based media. Prior to ExtensionEngine, he worked at and created several creative design firms. He earned a dual degree in Economics and Photography from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.
Igor Roglic is Operations Manager for ExtensionEngine and oversees day-to-day management of our software engineering and quality assurance teams. Igor began his career as a software developer at ExtensionEngine and became the company’s first management hire in Europe. Igor has a Master’s degree in Computer Science from FESB at the University of Split in Croatia.
Ori Spigelman is a Principal at ExtensionEngine. He has over 17 years of experience in business development and project management. Prior to joining us, he worked with numerous small businesses and startups, and founded Spatter, Inc., an app to promote local actionable interactions. Ori has an MBA in Entrepreneurial and Small Business Operations from MIT’s Sloan School of Management.
Shannon Swan is the Chief Human Resources Officer at ExtensionEngine and is particularly focused on recruiting and maintaining top talent for our ever growing operations. Shannon has 15+ years of experience cultivating teams at organizations ranging from start-up technology companies to large institutions. She holds a BA in Psychology from Mount Holyoke College.
Michael DiPietro is the CMO at ExtensionEngine and leads all sales, partner and marketing efforts. Mike has 20+ years of experience growing revenue for technology companies. Prior to joining ExtensionEngine, Mike was CMO at HealthcareSource, a healthcare talent management software company, and a VP at Kronos, a workforce management software company. He holds a BS in Marketing from the University of Connecticut.
